Welcome to Friendly Furniture Movers. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Friendly Furniture Movers. We operate this website and provide our moving, packing, and transport services to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

By visiting our site, requesting an estimate, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use our services.

SECTION 1 - MOVING SERVICES & ESTIMATES

All online or over-the-phone quotes are initial estimates based strictly on the information you provide. Final pricing is subject to change based on the actual inventory, volume, labor hours, and any specialized handling required (such as exceptionally heavy items or difficult property access) on the day of the move.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCESS

You agree to ensure that our moving team has safe, legal, and clear access to both the pickup and delivery locations (including adequate parking, cleared walkways, and accessible stairs or elevators). It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are fully prepared for transport unless you have explicitly hired our team for packing services.

SECTION 3 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & PROPERTY DAMAGE

We take the utmost care with your belongings; however, our liability for any lost or damaged items is limited to standard industry valuation regulations unless additional coverage is arranged in writing prior to the move. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer, or damages resulting from safe-access constraints at the property.

Any claims for property damage must be submitted to us in writing within 48 hours of your move's completion.

SECTION 4 - PROHIBITED USES & CONDUCT

You are prohibited from using our site or services for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or intimidate our staff and moving crews. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, or cancel a moving job in progress, if our team encounters unsafe working conditions or abusive behavior.

SECTION 5 - SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws.
